Naughty & Nice competition terms and conditions:

We’re hosting a festive competition for two lucky people to win an equine first aid kit.

We have 2 first aid kits to give away, entries are taken from both our Paragon Veterinary Group - Equine Facebook page and Paragon Equine Instagram page (@paragonvet_equine).

To enter on Facebook, simply comment a picture of your naughty or nice horse on the competition post and like the post. To enter on Instagram, simply share a picture of your naughty or nice horse with the hashtag #ParagonsNiceList or #ParagonsNaughtyList and like the post. 

All participants will be entered into a prize draw and two winners will be selected; the naughtiest horse and the nicest horse.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta. This promotion is only open to UK residents aged 18 years or over. Excludes employees and immediate families of the promoter or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. 

Promotion Period: Entry opens at 5pm Thursday 20th November and closes at 5pm Thursday 4th December. 

Entries can be made on the relevant competition posts on Paragon Veterinary Group - Equine Facebook page and Paragon Equine Instagram page (paragonvet_equine) only.

 No purchase necessary.

• Competition is only open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
• The prize must be collected from Paragon’s Dalston, Wetheral or Newbiggin practice.
• Prize cannot be exchanged or refunded 
• All participants who enter before the closing date will be entered into the draw. Only two winners will be selected.
• No entries made after the closing date will be accepted.
• The promoter (Paragon Veterinary Group - Equine ) reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions. Entrants will be notified of any changes to the competition as soon as possible.

The prize: Equine first aid kit 

Winner notification: The winners will be notified on Facebook or Instagram within 48 hours of the competition closing via a direct message. If a winner is not contactable or fails to return contact within 48 hours after initial contact, the winner will be disqualified, and a reserve entrant selected.

The winners will only be contacted by the official Paragon Veterinary Group - Equine Facebook page or Paragon Equine Instagram page (paragonvet_equine) page after the competition has closed. The winner will not be asked to complete an online form, click a link or submit or submit personal information in any similar manner.

If a winner is unable to collect their prize from the Dalston, Wetheral or Newbiggin practice, they will be disqualified and a reserve entrant will be selected using the same process.

The winners may be requested to participate in publicity arising from the promotion, but will not be obliged to do so. However, by entering the competition the winner accepts that their first and last name may be disclosed by Paragon Veterinary Group - Equine on Facebook and Paragon Equine Instagram page (paragonvet_equine) and that the image you submit can be shared by Paragon Veterinary Group - Equine on Facebook and Paragon Equine Instagram page (paragonvet_equine).
