Veterinary Surgeon

Because of an expanding ophthalmology and microsurgery caseload we require an enthusiastic colleague to join our team to further develop this service for small animals and equine. The successful candidate will mainly work at our Newbiggin Centre, near Penrith and will have responsibility for the first opinion caseload while the referral service expands to a size to support two referral clinicians.  They will be encouraged to develop ophthalmology skills and techniques alongside an experienced ophthalmologist, including cataract and other intra-occular surgery. Qualified Veterinary Nurse

We are a busy 3 centre practice on the edge of the Lake District but within easy reach of the city of Carlisle.  We require a qualified VN (no trainees please) to work as part of a friendly, forward thinking team, working primarily at our main centre in Dalston.
